0. Where are you located?

We are located at SportsHub Library @Stadium MRT, opposite Kallang Wave Mall.

1. I am coming with my baby, shall I book 1 or 2 slots?

Adults don’t need a slot! Book 1 slot for 1 baby, book 2 if you have twins! If you book on behalf of a friend, please tell us their baby name in the comment.

2. How many people can attend with my child?

We are able to accommodate up to 2 accompanying adults per baby.

3. What should I bring?

Socks for you and baby are optional.
You may wish to bring extra clothing to change or a jacket as the room can get chilly.
We provide towels and aprons.

4. Can an older child join?

Entry to TinyDinos classes is limited to 1 child per booking only. Younger and Older siblings are not permitted inside the room when the class is ongoing. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Why do I need to pay during online registration?

This is to guarantee you a slot for your baby.

6. Are my credit card details safe?

Absolutely. We are using Stripe as our payment gateway. The same payment gateway used by Grab or deliveroo!
Credit card details are not revealed to us. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy here.

7. I am still not confident to pay online. Can I pay at the door?

We accept walk-ins on first come first served basis at a nominal fee of $43, payable at the door. Kindly take note our trial bookings are only available online. If you wish to walk in, it is better to contact us on the day itself to make sure that the session is confirmed.

8. Why do I need to agree on my photos being used as a part of your marketing?

We do take photos during our sessions to be posted and shared on various social media platforms and we hope you can understand that it’s almost impossible to exclude specific people as we take random shots.

However, if you notice any photographs of you or your baby and would rather have those images removed from our social platforms, please contact us at [email protected] .

9. What if my kid is allergic to the sensory play?

We are not liable for any mishaps during class. Our sensory play items are mostly food based but we do understand that children can be super sensitive to many things. Do make a spot test on your baby if you are unsure about the material used in class. We will explain the items for the day and please approach us if you are apprehensive about it.

10. I wish to cancel my booking, how shall I proceed?

Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you will not be able to join us. This allows us to open the slot to another participant.

Cancellation made 48h prior to the class will be rescheduled free of charge, otherwise the booking fees will be forfeited. Rescheduling must be utilised within 1 month after the cancellation, otherwise the booking fees will be forfeited.

If your fees got forfeited, and had booked a trial class, you will still be entitled to book another trial class in the future.

11. My baby just developped a fever/sick, what shall I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you will not be able to join us. This allows us to open the slot to another participant.

To reschedule your booking, please provide us a Medical Certificate from the pediatrician, otherwise the booking fees will be forfeited.

Rescheduling is to be utilised within 1 month after the date of cancellation. After one month, the rescheduling option will be forfeited. The rescheduling option cannot be refunded.
